野村不動産オフィスファンド投資法人（NOF）、野村不動産レジデンシャル投資法人（NRF）、（旧）野村不動産マスターファンド投資法人が合併し、新たに野村不動産マスターファンド投資法人が新設合併により10月1日設立、2日東証に上場した。様々な用途に投資する総合型REITとして、資産規模拡大とリスク分散を図る。合併によりポートフォリオは全257棟、7,851億円（但し、NOFとNRFからの受入資産は直近期の鑑定価格）となる。更に10月に4棟、平成28年3月に3棟を取得予定。合併により生じるのれんを76,383百万円と試算修正したことにより、5月の合併契約時に公表した第1期（平成28年2月期）及び第2期（平成28年8月期）業績予想を修正。のれんは20年間にわたって定額法により償却する。のれん償却等の合併費用が分配金に与える影響を緩和するため、利益超過分配を行い、第1期の1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は2,100円、第2期は2,710円となる見通し。
