ジャパン・シニアリビング投資法人が、第4期（平成29年8月期）決算を発表した。 第4期における物件取得はなし。受取補償金5百万円計上が寄与し、前期比1.7％増益、1口当たり分配金は3,620円となった。 期末のポートフォリオは14物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は279億円、有利子負債比率は42.5％。 第5期（平成30年2月期）は、前期の受取補償金がなくなること、修繕費等の増加により、前期比3.3％減益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は3,500円となる見通し。 第6期（平成30年8月期）1口当たり分配金も3,500円となる見通し。
