ジャパン・シニアリビング投資法人が、第2期（平成28年8月期）決算を発表した。 第2期は、介護施設5物件を裏付資産とする匿名組合出資持分を取得し、5物件の優先交渉権を取得。 第1期の変則期間に対し第2期の運用期間が少ないため、前期比15％減収となるが、上場費用がなくなったことから42％増益、1口当たり分配金は3,573円となった。 期末のポートフォリオは14物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は279億円、有利子負債比率は42.4％。 第3期（平成29年2月期）は、修繕費等の増加により前期比2.0％減益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は3,500円となる見通し。 続く第4期（平成29年8月期）1口当たり分配金も3,500円となる見通し。
