ジャパン・シニアリビング投資法人（JSL）が、スポンサーであるケネディクスがアセットマネジメントを行う合同会社の匿名組合出資持分を取得する。合同会社の対象資産は、兵庫県神戸市、大阪府豊中市及び大阪市にある介護老人保健施設、計5棟。鑑定価格は計123.2億円。JSLは匿名組合出資と併せて、平成31年3月を行使期限とするこれら5棟の優先交渉権を取得する。
