7月29日に上場したジャパン・シニアリビング投資法人が、第1期（平成28年2月期）及び第2期（平成28年8月期）業績予想を修正した。IPO時に公表した第三者割当増資が行われないことにより、発行済投資口数が88,000口から84,750口へ減少。これに伴い、第1期1口当たり分配金は1,855円と前回予想を2.9％上回る見通し。第2期1口当たり分配金は3,506円と3.1％上回る見通し。
