ジャパン・シニアリビング投資法人が本日上場した。初値は170,000円となり、IPO発行価格190,000円を10.5％下回った。併せて、第1期（平成28年2月期）及び第2期（平成28年8月期）業績予想を発表。第1期の実質的な運用期間は上場日からの216日間。上場時に有料老人ホーム及びサービス付高齢者向け住宅の計14棟（取得額280億円）を取得して運用を開始する。当期純利益158百万円、1口当たり分配金は1,803円となる見通し。第2期の運用期間は6ヶ月間となり、当期純利益299百万円、1口当たり分配金は3,401円となる見通し。
