サムティ・レジデンシャル投資法人（SRI）が、「S-FORT静岡天王町」を売却する。 物件は、静岡市葵区にある、2005年竣工、10階建のマンション。SRIは2020年に取得した。築年数の経過により今後修繕費の増加が懸念されるため売却を検討、鑑定価格を上回る価格で売却できる点から売却を決定した。売却額は11.4億円。これによる売却益40百万円は全額分配する予定だが、業績予想の修正はなし。
