サムティ・レジデンシャル投資法人が、名古屋に保有する住宅を売却する。 売却する物件は、名古屋市東区に位置する、2002年竣工、7階建のファミリー向けマンション。築21年が経過しており今後修繕費の増加が見込まれる点、鑑定価格を上回る価格で売却できる点等から、売却を決定した。売却先は非開示。売却額は5.3億円。簿価との差額は128百万円。 これにより得られる売却益は全額分配する予定だが、業績予想への反映は3月公表予定の23年1月期決算発表にて併せて公表する。
