サムティ・レジデンシャル投資法人が、スポンサーであるサムティより住宅3物件を取得する。 取得する物件は、名古屋の単身者向けマンション2物件と、栃木県宇都宮市にあるDINKS及びファミリー向けマンション1物件。3物件の取得額は計25.39億円。いずれも新築で現在リーシング中であるため、11月末時点の空室数を上限に2023年11月までの2年間はサムティが賃料保証する賃貸借契約を締結する。
