サムティ・レジデンシャル投資法人が、投資口の追加発行を行う。平成27年6月上場後初の公募増資となる。発行口数は119,660口、オーバーアロットメントによる売出口数は5,983口。これにより発行後の投資口数は73％増の283,000口となる予定。調達額は約103億円を見込み、併せて発表した物件の取得資金の一部に充当する。新たに取得する物件は、地方都市を中心にレジデンス20棟、取得額は計206億円。これにより運用資産は全49棟、資産規模（取得額合計）は66％増の515億円となる。 これらに伴い、第3期（平成29年1月期）及び第4期（平成29年7月期）業績予想を発表。第3期は、上記20棟の収益が寄与し、前期予想比76.6％増益を見込む。投資口数が増加するも、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含まない）は前期予想を1.9％上回る見通し。これに加えて減価償却費の35％相当額を利益超過分配とし、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は2,600円となる見通し。第4期は、前期予想比1.2％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は2,625円となる見通し。
