サムティ・レジデンシャル投資法人が、第1期（平成28年1月期）を発表した。平成27年4月15日にレジデンス8棟、5月1日に2棟を取得し、運用を開始。その後上場時に18棟、10月に1棟を取得した。10月14日に修正した業績予想に対し、支払利息や融資関連費用が減少したことにより、前回予想比41.6％増益。減価償却費の35％相当額を利益超過分配とし、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は1,810円となった。期末のポートフォリオは29物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は309億円、有利子負債比率は50.6％。第2期（平成28年7月期）より、運用期間が6か月間となる。前期に比べて運用日数が減少するため、営業利益ベースでは前期比29.3％減益となるが、支払利息や融資関連費用の減少により、当期利益ベースで95％増益を見込む。減価償却費の35％相当額を利益超過分配とし、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は2,591円となる見通し。
