6月30日に上場したサムティ・レジデンシャル投資法人が、第1期（平成28年1月期）及び第2期（平成28年7月期）業績予想を修正した。IPO時に公表した第三者割当増資が行われないことにより、業績予想の前提条件となる発行済投資口数が171,000口から163,340口に減少。これにより第1期1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は1,444円と前回予想を4.4％上回る見通し。第2期1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は2,552円と前回予想を3.2％上回る見通し。
