サムティ・レジデンシャル投資法人が、本日東証に上場した。初値は99,000円と、IPO発行価格102,000円を2.9％下回った。IPOの公募割れは、2013年10月に上場したSIA不動産投資法人以来となる。併せて第1期（平成28年1月期）及び第2期（平成28年7月期）業績予想を発表。第1期の実質的な運用期間は、最初に物件を取得した4月15日からの292日間。上場前より運営する10棟に加え、上場時に18棟を取得し、当期純利益109百万円を見込む。減価償却費の34.8％相当を利益超過分配とし、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は1,383円となる見通し。第2期の運用期間は6ヶ月となり、当期純利益331百万円を見込む。減価償却費の34.8％相当を利益超過分配とし、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は2,473円となる見通し。
