ヘルスケア＆メディカル投資法人（HCM）のスポンサーに、東急不動産と京阪神ビルディングが参画する。 主要スポンサーの1社であるNECキャピタルソリューションが、資産運用会社の株式の33.3％のうち25％を、東急不動産へ20％、京阪神ビルディングへ5％それぞれ売却する。 これに伴い、東急不動産がシップヘルスケアポールディグスに次ぐHCMの2番目のスポンサーとなることで、HCMの物件取得機会の拡大を目指す。 またNECキャピタルソリューションは、主要スポンサーから外れるが、引き続きスポンサーの1社としてサポートを継続する。
