ヘルスケア＆メディカル投資法人が、有料老人ホーム5物件を取得する。5物件の取得額は計23.93億円。5物件のうち4物件は札幌市西区、1物件は東大阪市に所在する。いずれも賃料保証のマスターリース契約を締結する。 これによりポートフォリオ全体の規模は3％増の816億円となる。 なお、本物件取得による業績予想の修正はなし。
