ヘルスケア＆メディカル投資法人が、第11期（2020年7月期）決算を発表した。 第11期は「サニーライフ鎌倉」を取得。これにより賃貸収入は増加するが、固都税の増加により、前期比2.7％減益。減価償却費の20％相当の利益超過分配を行い、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は3,240円となった。 期末のポートフォリオは36物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は663億円、有利子負債比率は48.1％。オペレーターの賃料減額や支払猶予は出ておらず、コロナ禍による業績への影響はなし。 第12期（2021年1月期）は、サニーライフ鎌倉が通期寄与するが、修繕費や減価償却費、投資主総会費用の増加により、前期比1.5％減益を見込み、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は3,205円となる見通し。 第13期（2021年7月期）は、固都税や減価償却費が増加する一方、投資主総会費用の減少により、当期利益は前期予想と同水準を見込む。1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は3,210円となる見通し。
