ヘルスケア＆メディカル投資法人が、第7期（2018年7月期）決算を発表した。 第7期における物件取得はなし。前期に取得した物件の通期稼働が寄与し、前期比1.7％増益、1口当たり分配金は2,699円となった。 期末のポートフォリオは25物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は405億円、有利子負債比率は48.8％と前期より変動なし。 併せて神奈川県横浜市及び三浦市の有料老人ホーム2物件を取得することを発表。2物件の取得額は計16.86億円。2物件ともに運営会社であるプラウドライフと賃料保証のマスターリース契約を締結する。 第8期（2019年1月期）はこれら2物件の収益が寄与し、前期比2.8％増益を見込む。第8期より減価償却費の20％相当額を目処に毎期利益超過分配を行う予定（但し、10月開催の投資主総会の承認を条件とする）。これにより1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は3,100円となる見通し。 第9期（2019年7月期）は、2物件の通期稼働により、前期予想比1％増益を見込む。1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は3,130円となる見通し。
