ヘルスケア＆メディカル投資法人が、毎期継続して利益超過分配を行う方針へ変更することを発表。10月30日開催予定の投資主総会の議案とする。 利益超過分配を実施する背景として、営業収益に対する減価償却費の占める割合が25％程度と高い一方、大規模修繕による資本的支出の額が少ない。このため毎期留保される資金の有効活用を目的として、減価償却費の20％相当額を目処に毎期継続して利益超過分配を行う方針へ変更する。 これに伴い、第8期（2019年1月期）業績予想を修正。利益超過分配金61百万円を加算し、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は2,920円となる見通し。
