ヘルスケア＆メディカル投資法人（HCM）が、新潟リハビリテーション病院を取得する。病院の取得はJ-REIT初。 物件は、新潟中心部より東方10キロに位置する、平成2年及び平成13年竣工の2物件から成るリハビリ専門の病院施設、全168床、取得額は20.6億円。 HCMは、スポンサーの1社である三井住友ファイナンス＆リースとの間で本物件の優先交渉権を保有していた。運営会社である医療法人愛好会と賃料保証のマスターリース契約を締結する。 これに伴い、第6期（平成30年1月期）業績予想を修正。9月に公表した業績予想に対し5.5％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は2,621円となる見通し。
