ヘルスケア＆メディカル投資法人が、第5期（平成29年7月期）決算を発表した。 第5期は、投資口の追加発行を行い「神戸学園都市ビル」等、有料老人ホーム6物件を取得。これにより前期比77.2％増益。投資口数が60.3％増加するも、1口当たり分配金は2,697円と前期を10.5％上回った。 期末のポートフォリオは24物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は384億円、有利子負債比率は48.9％。またヘルスケアREIT初の格付け（A）を取得した。 第9期（平成30年1月期）は、前期に取得した物件が通期寄与する一方、資産運用報酬の増加等により、前期比7.9％減益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は2,483円となる見通し。 第10期（平成30年7月期）は、固都税の増加により、前期予想比4.8％減益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は2,363円となる見通し。
