ヘルスケア＆メディカル投資法人が、第4期（平成29年1月期）決算を発表した。 第4期における物件取得はなし。前期に取得した物件の通期稼働が寄与し、前期比4.2％増益、1口当たり分配金は2,440円となった。 期末のポートフォリオは18物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は250億円、有利子負債比率は50.2％と前期と変動なし。 第5期（平成29年7月期）は、投資口の追加発行を行い「神戸学園都市ビル」等、有料老人ホーム6物件を取得し、資産規模（取得額合計）が384億円に拡大。これに伴い前期比75％増益を見込む。投資口数が60％増加するも、1口当たり分配金は2,665円と前期を9.2％上回る見通し。 第6期（平成30年1月期）は、第5期に取得する物件が通期寄与する一方、資産運用報酬の増加等により、前期予想比6.8％減益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は2,483円となる見通し。なお、有利子負債比率は第5期及び第6期ともに49.2％を想定。
