ヘルスケア＆メディカル投資法人が、投資口の追加発行を行う。公募増資は2015年3月上場来初めて。発行口数は69,150口、オーバーアロットメントによる売出口数は3,457口。これにより発行後の投資口数は60％増の193,107口となる予定。調達額は約69億円を見込み、併せて発表した物件の取得資金に充当する。 新たに取得する物件は、有料老人ホーム6物件、取得額は計134億円。これによりポートフォリオ全体の規模は53.6％増の384億円となる。 これらに伴い、第5期（平成29年7月期）業績予想を修正。9月に公表した業績予想に対し、上記6物件の賃貸収益が寄与し84.9％増益を見込む。投資口数が増加するも、1口当たり分配金は2,665円と前回予想を15.3％上回る見通し。 併せて第6期（平成30年1月期）業績予想を発表。資産運用報酬の増加により、前期予想比6.8％減益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は2,483円となる見通し。 なお、有利子負債比率は、第5期末及び第6期末ともに49.2％と、第3期（平成28年7月期）末の50.2％から僅かに低下する見込み、
