ヘルスケア＆メディカル投資法人が、第3期（平成28年7月期）決算を発表した。 第3期は「ボンセジュール四つ木」「メディカルホームボンセジュール伊丹」の有料老人ホーム2棟を取得。これによる賃貸収益が寄与する一方、上場時に取得した物件の固都税の費用化に伴い、前期比14.3％減益、1口当たり分配金は2,340円となった。 期末のポートフォリオは18物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は250億円、有利子負債比率は50.2％。 第4期（平成29年1月期）は、前期に取得した物件の通期稼働により前期比0.8％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は2,360円となる見通し。 続く第5期（平成29年7月期）は、固都税や支払利息の増加により前期予想比2.1％減益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は2,310円となる見通し。
