ヘルスケア＆メディカル投資法人が、第2期（平成28年1月期）決算を発表した。第2期より運用期間が6ヶ月間となる。上場時に取得した物件の通期稼働や上場関連費用の減少等により、前期比347%増益、1口当たり分配金は2,730円となった。期末のポートフォリオは16物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は237億円、有利子負債比率は48.4％。第3期（平成28年7月期）は上場時に取得した物件の固都税費用化に伴い、前期比23％減益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は2,100円となる見通し。続く第4期（平成29年1月期）1口当たり分配金も2,100円となる見通し。スポンサー等とのサポート契約により14物件（約336億円）の優先交渉権を取得しており、中期的な資産規模の目標として上場3年後に500億円、5年後に1,000億円を目指す意向。
