ヘルスケア＆メディカル投資法人が第1期（平成27年7月期）決算を発表した。第1期の実質的な運用日数は上場日である3月19日からの135日間。上場時に有料老人ホーム14棟、サービス付高齢者住宅2棟の計16棟（取得額計237億円）を取得し、運用を開始。上場時の業績予想に対し、修繕費や支払利息が減少したことにより、予想比128％増益、1口当たり当たり分配金は610円となった。期末のポートフォリオは16棟、資産規模（取得額計237億円）、有利子負債比率48.8％。第2期（平成28年1月期）より運用期間が6ヶ月間となるため、前期比312％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は2,500円となる見通し。第3期（平成28年7月期）は、上場時に取得した物件の固都税が計上されるため、前期予想比15.9％減益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は2,100円となる見通し。なお、スポンサー及びサポート会社計13社とサポート契約を締結しており、14棟（鑑定価格336億円）の優先交渉権を保有する。
