ヘルスケア＆メディカル投資法人が本日東証に上場した。初値はIPO発行価格110,000円を54.5％上回る170,000円を付けた。IPO調達資金及び借入金で、有料老人ホーム14棟、サービス付高齢者向け住宅2棟を取得し、資産規模237億円で運用を開始する。これに伴い第1期（平成27年7月期）及び第2期（平成28年1月期）業績予想を発表。第1期の実質的な運用期間は上場日からの135日間。当期純利益32百万円、1口当たり分配金は268円となる見通し。運用期間が6ヶ月間となる第2期は、当期純利益272百万円、1口当たり分配金は2,259円となる見通し。
