ケネディクス商業リート投資法人が、第17期（2023年9月期）業績予想を修正した。 電気料金のテナント負担の見直しや燃料調整費等の減額により、水道光熱費収支が改善する。これに伴い11月に公表した業績予想に対し、5.3％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は6,570円となる見通し。
