ケネディクス商業リート投資法人が、第11期（2020年9月期）業績予想を再修正した。 7月公表時点では、8月～9月に感染再拡大の影響を反映し業績予想を算出したが、感染状況が想定を下回ったため、再度上方修正する。7月公表時に対し6.5％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は6,500円となる見通し。なお、第12期（2021年3月期）業績予想は変更なし。
