ケネディクス商業リート投資法人が、第11期（2020年9月期）業績予想を修正した。 コロナ禍を要因としてテナントから賃料減額及び支払猶予の要請を受け、5月公表時点で645百万円の減収を想定していたが、テナントとの協議が進展し、変動賃料の減少幅が想定を下回った。これにより前回予想比10.2％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は6,103円となる見通し。 なお、第12期（2021年3月期）業績予想は現時点で変更なし。
