ケネディクス商業リート投資法人が、投資口の追加発行を行う。公募増資は2年半ぶり。 発行口数は27,300口、オーバーアロットメントによる売出口数は1,300口。これにより発行後の投資口数は5.6％増の536,300口となる予定。 調達額は72億円を見込み、併せて発表した物件の取得資金とする。 取得する物件は「カルサ平塚」等、郊外型商業施設及び底地の計5物件、取得額は計154億円。 これによりポートフォリオ全体の規模は2,250億円（公表済の売買を含む）と、9月に売却した大型物件フルルガーデン八千代の減少分を取り戻す。 これに伴い第10期（2020年3月期）業績予想を修正。フルルガーデン八千代の売却による減収を見込む一方、上記5物件の賃貸収益、ウエルシア岸和田加守店（底地）の売却益56百万円計上により、5月に公表した業績予想に対し、7.9％増益を見込む。投資口数が増加するも、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は6,501円と2.2％増となる見通し。 併せて第11期（2020年9月期）業績予想を発表。物件売却益がなくなる一方、前期に取得した物件の通期稼働により、前期予想比0.1％増益、1口当たり分配金は6,506円となる見通し。 有利子負債比率は、第10期末及び第11末ともに約44.5％を見込む。
