ケネディクス商業リート投資法人が、物流施設2物件を取得する。 1物件は、関越自動車道嵐山小川ICより2キロに位置する、2009年竣工、5階建の物流施設。大手3PL事業者が埼玉及び群馬の配送拠点として使用する。取得額は38.8億円。 もう1物件は、横浜横須賀道路港南台ICより2キロに位置する、2011年竣工、2階建の物流施設。大手宅配事業者が配送センターとして使用する。取得額は7.9億円。なお、本物件取得後に、未消化容積を活用し、敷地内に飲食店を増築する予定。飲食店のテナントと賃貸借予約契約を締結済であり、増築後の想定NOI利回りは5.0％を見込む。
