ケネディクス商業リート投資法人（KRR）が、グルメシティ千葉中央店を売却する。 売却する物件は、千葉市の官公庁街に位置する、2007年竣工、公共施設と商業施設から成る複合施設。KRRは商業施設部分を保有していたが、償却後NOI利回りが低く、今後の上昇が見込めないことから、売却を決定した。 売却額は8億円。売却に伴う業績予想の修正はなし。
