ケネディクス商業リート投資法人（KRR）が、神奈川県の物流施設2物件を取得する。 KRRは、生活密着型商業施設を主要な投資対象とするが、2018年6月に中小規模の物流施設をポートフォリオの20％以下の範囲で組み入れる方針に変更した。これに伴い物流施設の取得は初めてとなる。 1物件は、東名高速横浜町田ICより5.8キロに位置する、1995年竣工、2階建の物流施設。取得額は14億円。 もう1物件は、横須賀市北部の追浜工業団地に位置する、1998年竣工、3階建の物流施設。取得額は13億円。 2物件ともに大手コンビニエンスストアの配送センターとして使用されている。
