ケネディクス商業リート投資法人が、投資口の追加発行を行う。公募増資は1年ぶりとなる。 発行口数は81,250口、オーバーアロットメントによる売出口数は4,000口。これにより発行後の投資口数は20％増の507,700口となる予定。調達額は約203億円を見込み、併せて発表した物件の取得資金に充当する。 新たに取得する物件は「サンストリート浜北」等、郊外型商業施設8物件、取得額は計326億円。これによりポートフォリオ全体の規模は20％増の1,970億円となる。 これらに伴い、第5期（平成29年9月期）業績予想を修正。8物件の賃貸収益が寄与し、11月に公表した業績予想に対し24.5％増益を見込む。投資口数が増加するも、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は6,051円と3.6％上回る見通し。 第6期（平成30年3月期）は、前期予想比0.6％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は6,087円となる見通し。
