ケネディクス商業リート投資法人が、第3期（平成28年9月期）決算を発表した。 第3期は、投資口の追加発行を行い「ホームセンターコーナン砂田橋店」等商業施設及び底地計7物件を取得。これにより前期比15％増収となるが、固都税の増加等により3.7％増益。投資口数18.9％増加に伴い、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は5,974円と前期を12.7％下回った。 期末のポートフォリオは40物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は1,587億円、有利子負債比率は38.6％。8月に伊藤忠商事とサポート契約を締結し、同社とスポンサーであるケネディクスが共同で組成する商業施設開発ファンドを活用して物件パイプラインを強化する。 第4期（平成29年3月期）は「ケーズデンキ新守山店（底地）」を取得。前期に取得した物件の通期稼働により前期比1.1％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は6,040円となる見通し。 第5期（平成29年9月期）は、固都税の増加等により前期予想比3.3％減益を見込み、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は5,843円となる見通し。
