ケネディクス商業リート投資法人（KRR）が、商業施設を裏付資産とする合同会社の匿名組合出資持分を取得する。対象となる資産は、千葉県船橋市習志野台に今年4月に開業した商業施設「ゆめまち習志野台モール」。食品スーパーを中心に多数の専門店から構成される。鑑定価格は35.2億円。 スポンサーであるケネディクスが合同会社のアセットマネジメントを行う。KRRは匿名組合出資（出資割合約6.7％）を行うとともに、本物件の優先交渉権（行使期限は平成30年10月）を取得する。
