ケネディクス商業リート投資法人が、投資口の追加発行を行う。2月に上場したばかりであり、上場後僅か半年で増資を発表した。発行口数は88,750口、オーバーアロットメントによる売出し5,750口。これにより発行後の投資口数は36.2％増の355,250口となる予定。調達額は約242億円を見込み、併せて発表した物件の取得資金に充当する。新たに取得する物件は「カリーノ江坂」等商業施設及び底地の計13物件、取得額は計379.2億円。これによりポートフォリオ全体の規模は41.3％増の1,297億円となる。これらに伴い、第1期（平成27年9月期）及び第2期（平成28年3月期）業績予想を修正。第1期は、3月31日に公表した業績予想に対し1.1％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は7,204円となる見通し。上記の投資口追加発行及び物件取得が反映する第2期は、前回予想比51.9％増益を見込む。投資口数が増加するも、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は6,605円と前回予想を11.7％上回る見通し。また第3期（平成28年9月期）業績予想を発表。固都税の計上により前期予想比16％減益を見込み、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は5,555円となる見通し。なお、平成27年度税制改正に伴い、事業用借地権の償却費や建物の減価償却費の税会不一致を一時差異等調整引当額として計上し、第2期より利益超過分配を行う。
