ケネディクス商業リート投資法人が本日東証に上場した。これによりREITは50銘柄となる。初値は260,500円とIPO発行価格230,000円を13.3％上回った。IPOによる調達額577億円（第三者割当増資を含む）及び借入金282億円によって商業施設18棟を取得し運用を開始する。上場時の資産規模は808億円。第1期（平成27年9月期）の実質的な運用期間は上場日からの233日間。当期純利益1,706百万円、1口当たり分配金は6,542円となる見通し。第2期（平成28年3月期）は、当期純利益1,416百万円、1口当たり分配金は5,434円となる見通し。なお、有利子負債比率（テナントの敷金保証金を含む）は第1期末に約33.9％、第2期末に約32.9％を見込む。
