ケネディクスが商業施設特化型REITを設立へ

ケネディクスが商業施設特化型REITを設立することを発表した。現在ケネディクス・グループは、資産運用会社であるケネディクス不動産投資顧問が、上場REITのケネディクス・オフィス投資法人、ケネディクス・レジデンシャル投資法人、私募REITのケネディクス・プライベート投資法人を運用、また日本ロジスティクスファンド投資法人のスポンサーに参画している。これらに加え、ケネディクス不動産投資顧問は、商業施設特化型REITを10月初旬に設立し、上場に向けて準備を進める。これに伴い、グループ内の利益相反を防止するため、商業施設の優先検討権ルールを策定した。
