トーセイ・リート投資法人が、第16期（2022年10月期）決算を発表した。 第16期における物件取得はなし。ポートフォリオの期末稼働率は96.6％と前期より0.6ポイント上昇した。前期に取得した物件の通期稼働により、前期比2.2％増益。当初想定していた内部留保の取崩しをせず、1口当たり分配金は3,638円となった。 期末のポートフォリオは59物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は782億円、有利子負債比率は47.7％。 第17期（2023年4月期）は、オフィスの稼働低下に伴いポートフォリオの期末稼働率95.1％を想定。水光熱費の増加により前期比3.0％減益を見込む。内部留保より14百万円を取崩し、1口当たり分配金は3,570円と前期比1.9％減となる見通し。 第18期（2023年10月期）は、ポートフォリオの期末稼働率が95.0％を想定。水光熱費の増加により、前期予想比0.5％減益を見込むが、内部留保より20百万円を取崩し、1口当たり分配金は3,570円と前期予想と同額となる見通し。
