トーセイ・リート投資法人が、第6期（平成29年10月期）決算を発表した。 第6期は、物件の取得はなし。稼働率の上昇に伴い前期比増収となるが、固都税や修繕費の増加により5.8％減益、1口当たり分配金は3,382円となった。 期末のポートフォリオは23物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は361億円、有利子負債比率は46.3％。 第7期（平成30年4月期）は、投資口の追加発行を行い「長者町デュオビル」等8物件を取得。これにより前期比29.3％増益を見込む。投資口数が27.9％増加するも、1口当たり分配金は3,419円と前期を1.1％上回る見通し。 第8期（平成30年10月期）は、固都税や運用報酬の増加により、前期予想比4.9％減益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は3,252円となる見通し。第7期及び第8期末の有利子負債比率は47.1％と、第6期末の46.3％より上昇する見通し。
