トーセイ・リート投資法人が第3期（平成28年4月期）業績予想を修正した。賃貸収益の増加や支払利息の減少により、12月に公表した業績予想に対し5.7％増益を見込む。なお、税制改正に伴い、金利スワップによる繰延ヘッジ損失相当額を利益超過分配として扱うことに変更。これにより1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含まない）は3,014円と前回予想を0.7％下回るが、利益超過分配金を含む1口当たり分配金は3,208円となる見通し。
