トーセイ・リート投資法人が投資口の追加発行を行う。発行口数は61,900口、オーバーアロットメントによる売出し3,100口。これにより発行後の投資口数は67.7％増の161,000口となる予定。調達額は約70億円を見込み、併せて発表した物件の取得資金に充当する。新たに取得する物件は「関内トーセイビルⅡ」等オフィスビル3棟、商業施設1棟、レジデンス1棟の計5棟。取得額は計119億円。これによりポートフォリオ全体の規模は68.4％増の293億円となる。これらに伴い、第3期（平成28年4月期）業績予想を修正。6月に公表した業績予想に対し79％増益を見込み、投資口数が増加するも、1口当たり分配金は3,035円と6.7％上回る見通し。併せて第4期（平成28年10月期）業績予想を発表。前期予想比1.0％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は3,063円となる見通し。なお、有利子負債比率は第3期末が44.3％、第4期末が44.0％を見込む。
