トーセイ・リート投資法人が第1期（平成27年4月期）決算を発表した。第1期の実質的な運用期間は上場日である2014年11月28日からの154日間。上場日にオフィスビル3棟、商業施設1棟、レジデンス8棟を取得して運用を開始。上場時の予想に対し、賃貸収益の増加、上場費用及び支払利息の減少等により、予想比418％増益、1口当たり分配金は1,938円となった。期末のポートフォリオは12棟、資産規模（取得額計）は174億円、有利子負債比率は46.1％。第2期（平成27年10月期）は、固都税の増加により営業利益ベースで前期比2.6％減益を見込むが、上場費用がなくなるため、当期純利益は47.3％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は2,855円となる見通し。続く第3期（平成28年4月期）1口当たり分配金は2,844円となる見通し。
