トーセイ・リート投資法人が本日東証に上場した。初値は115,000円とIPO発行価格103,000円を11.7％上回った。28日に多摩センタートーセイビル等計12棟を取得し、資産規模174億円で運用を開始する。第1期の実質的な運用期間は物件を取得する11月28日からの154日間。創立費及び上場費用等を見込み、当期純利益35百万円、1口当たり分配金は373円となる見通し。運用期間が6ヶ月となる第2期は、当期純利益266百万円、1口当たり分配金は2,772円となる見通し。
