トーセイ・リート投資法人（証券コード3451）が11月27日東証に上場する。スポンサーのトーセイは、東証第一部及びシンガポール市場に上場する不動産会社。トーセイ・リート投資法人は、2007年に設立され上場を予定していたが、REIT市況の低迷を理由に2008年に一旦解散した経緯を持つ。その後資産運用会社は私募ファンドを運用していたが、今回再度REITを設立し上場を目指す。投資対象は、オフィスビル、商業施設、住宅。いずれの用途も東京経済圏の中でも比較的広域エリアで、高い利回りが期待できる不動産を対象とする。上場時のポートフォリオは、オフィスビル3棟、商業施設1棟、住宅8棟の計12棟、取得額は計174億円。上場に際し、投資口発行86,400口、オーバーアロットメントによる売出し4,320口を行い、調達額約86億円を見込む。ブックビルディングは11月13日～11月18日、主幹事証券会社は大和証券とSMBC日興証券。
