積水ハウス・リート法人（SHR）が、米国の不動産を保有する法人へ6月に追加出資することを発表した。対象となる不動産は、米国ワシントンD.C.にある、2022年竣工の住宅を中心とした複合施設「シティリッジ」。 SHRは2024年11月に本物件を保有するSPC2社に出資し、住宅棟6棟のうち4棟を取得した。今回は追加出資により住宅棟残り2棟と駐車場を取得する。今回の出資額は442.21億円（299百万ドル）。想定配当利回りは3.6％。なお、追加出資額について為替予約契約を締結し為替リスクを回避する。 本物件取得後の6月時点の海外投資額は計1,361億円、ポートフォリオ全体の24.6％に上昇する。
