積水ハウス・リート投資法人（SHR）が、「赤坂ガーデンシティ」を2025年5月に売却することを発表した。 物件は、港区赤坂にある、2006年竣工、19階建のオフィスビル。スポンサーである積水ハウスによる開発。SHRは2019年及び2021年にそれぞれ区分所有権の共有持分を取得したが、コロナ収束後リーシングに苦戦していること、また今後の都心のオフィスの新規供給に伴い、収益の回復が期待できないことから、売却を決定した。売却額は546億円。売却先は非開示。売却益は30.25億円を見込む。 併せて本物件を裏付資産とする匿名組合出資持分の出資の払い戻しも決定した。 これらに伴い売却益が第22期（2025年10月期）に計上されるが、業績予想は12月に公表予定の第20期（2024年10月期）決算発表にて併せて公表される予定。
