積水ハウス・リート投資法人が、「シャーメゾンステージ金沢西泉」を売却する。 売却する物件は、石川県金沢市にある、2007年竣工、14階建、総戸数60戸のファミリー向けマンション。積水ハウス・レジデンシャル投資法人から2018年5月の合併時に承継した。6月末時点の稼働率は100％であるが、償却後利回りがポートフォリオ平均を下回っていることや、築16年を経過し今後の修繕費の増加による更なる収益低下リスクを懸念し、売却を決定した。売却額は11億円。これにより売却益74百万円が発生する見込みだが、業績予想の修正はなし。
