積水ハウス・リート投資法人（SHR）が、匿名組合出資持分を取得する。出資額は480百万円。 対象となる不動産は、港区赤坂にある「赤坂ガーデンシティ」の一部。鑑定価格は170億円。SHRは既に本物件の他の持分を取得済であるが、本匿名組合出資持分を取得することで、対象部分の優先交渉権を取得する。優先交渉権の行使期限は2027年2月末。
